It follows a customer on a gloomy day whose mood is transformed by the warmth and friendliness of a KFC team member. Simple, sweet, and highly effective, the film reminds staff that delivering joy isn’t just good for the soul – it’s good for business. Sometimes, all it takes is one kind word or gesture to turn an average experience into something unforgettable. And when that happens, those five-star reviews tend to follow.

The Colonel’s Story: A Brand Brought to Life

Then there’s The Colonel’s Story, an epic piece of content that celebrates the life, legacy, and legend of Colonel Harland Sanders. This isn’t just brand history; it’s a rallying cry for every team member to feel part of something bigger. We dove into the KFC Global archives, teamed up with Mother London, and used our storytelling chops to create a definitive guide to the man behind the bucket. Packed with humour, heart, and a dash of secret seasoning, it’s a cornerstone piece that reinforces pride and purpose across the organisation.
