We might’ve developed a little Lindor addiction while working on this one. Tasked with promoting Lindt’s Pick & Mix range for their US online shop, we whipped up a concept from scratch that was as irresistible as the chocolates themselves. The video was a hit on Facebook and Instagram, so much so that Lindt asked us to sprinkle some extra magic and turn it into a TV commercial for the US market — plus a festive Holiday edition to sweeten the season.

The Brief

We’ll be honest: we developed a bit of a Lindor addiction while working on this one. Can you blame us? When you’re surrounded by silky-smooth chocolate truffles in every flavour imaginable, temptation is part of the job. The mission was clear. Lindt USA wanted to promote theirPick & Mix range for their online shop, giving customers the freedom to build their own dream selection of chocolates, delivered straight to their door. Our job was to craft a concept that captured the joy, colour, and indulgence of choosing your perfect mix… and make it look as good as it tastes.

The Concept

We started from scratch, whipping up a visual concept that was as vibrant and irresistible as the product itself. The goal? To spark the same feeling online that you get when you walk into a Lindt shop: eyes wide, heart happy, ready to dive head-first into a rainbow of chocolate truffles.
From the outset, we knew this couldn’t be just another polished product ad. It had to be playful, personal, and mouth-wateringly delightful. So, we leaned into what makes Pick & Mix special: the choice, the colour, and the little moments of joy that come with building a box that’s completely yours. Every swirl, shimmer, and wrapper got the attention it deserved.

We animated rich visuals of the truffles in motion – falling, spinning, rolling – highlighting their glossy finishes and iconic foils. Mixed with punchy, dynamic editing, the final film danced between premium and playful. The soundtrack? Bubbly and upbeat, just like the product experience itself.

A Taste for More

The video quickly found its happy place on Facebook and Instagram, where it captured attention and cravings across the U.S. Comments rolled in. Shares stacked up. Views snowballed. Turns out, people love watching chocolate as much as they love eating it.

Lindt certainly noticed. What began as a sweet little social campaign soon grew into something bigger. Impressed by the performance (and the visual appeal), they asked us to dial it up for the big screen. So, we adapted the creative into a national TV commercial, bringing Lindt’s Pick & Mix offering into living rooms across America. The tone stayed fun and indulgent, but we fine-tuned the storytelling and pacing to suit broadcast formats, maximising impact in every 15 and 30-second spot.

Then, the cherry (or truffle?) on top? Lindt came back for seconds, this time with a seasonal twist. They asked us to reimagine the spot with a festive flair, just in time for the holidays. We leaned into cosy textures, twinkling lights, and a bit of sparkle, creating a Holiday Edition that was both heartwarming and hunger-inducing. The familiar joy of picking and mixing stayed at the core, now wrapped in a bow of holiday spirit.

Throughout the process, we stayed true to Lindt’s rich visual identity – luxurious, elegant, and unmistakably premium – while adding just the right amount of fun. Because when it comes to chocolate, especially Lindt chocolate, it’s not just about the taste. It’s about the moment, the ritual, the treat-yourself energy. That’s exactly what we captured in the campaign.

From social feeds to prime-time TV, from everyday indulgence to seasonal sparkle, the campaign has helped Lindt bring a little more joy – and a lot more chocolate – into people’s lives. And yes, we’re still sneaking a truffle or two between edits. Purely for creative inspiration, of course.
